3d Studio Max 8.

This was originally inspired by a tabletop game-- I've taken the setting and decided to make it my own scene instead. I've been toying with the idea of making a webcomic with 3d graphics; if so, this will be part of it.

3D works always make me jealous (I can't use 3D programs even if my life depends on it) but this is even more than that...

I like all the details on the chairs, and on the books: there are so many, different and yet similar, I'd even try to tell which are from the same "colection".
The only thing that bothers me a bit are the shadows: they look a bit too hard in some places and there are some that I don't know wich object is casting them (for example the one near the two right chairs, the darker one).

But anyway, great job. It's amazing how you can add so much detail and "ambient" to a not coloured pic.

Monster is more the word. I can barely open this file anymore... and my computer was only built the summer before last. :) Ahem. Statistics.

110 objects and approximately 590,000 faces. I use poly modeling, not meshes, so double that to get the triangle count, I believe. I was going for looks with this one.
